·Product Introduction:
T501 is produced with advanced technology. It causes
no pollution, no waste water. The product is in high
purity. It has obtained food grade BHT manufacture certificate
and is mainly used as oil additive and food antioxidant.
·Product Properties and Applications:
501 antioxidant belongs to phenol antioxidant (T501)
and shows good oxidation resistance. It shows best oxidation
resistance at working temperature of 100℃. It is widely
used in petrochemical products and may be added into
rubber, plastics, industrial oils directly or after
being prepared as mother solution, which may improve
the oxidation resistance of those products and extend
their service lives; When jointly used with long chain
basic ZDDP, TCP metal rust inhibitors, it may be prepared
to produce antifriction hydraulic oils. As a food additive,
it may prevent the spoilage of the animal and plant
fat caused by oxidation. It may also be added into fat-rich
food and cosmetics, the food-grade plastics that contacts
food, and the synthetic packaging materials as antioxidants.
The added amount is usually 0.1-1%.
